　11時半オープンでいきました。私、一人でした。ランチセットがいくつがありましたが麻婆豆腐セットにしました。30分ぐらいかかるのは予習していて覚悟していましたが、本当に35分かかりました。料理か来る少し前に、二人組が来てこちらも麻婆豆腐でしたが同じぐらい時間がかかっていました。作りおきはしないようです。
　麻婆豆腐は豆腐の角も立っていて崩れてぐちゃぐちゃになったりしていません。しっかりと豆腐の触感ものこります。ピリ辛で最初は辛いですがご飯と食べるとだんだんなれてきます。量も結構あります。
あとから思ったのですが最初から麻婆にごはんを丸ごとダイブさせてたらもっと美味しかったなとか思います。
　春巻きも半分ありこれもおいしい。半分だけだがもうちょっとほしい感じです。
　スープもついています。玉子スープでした。こたらもちゃんといい感じで玉子がとろとろでおいしいです。
この辛さの、あとに杏仁豆腐がよく合います。あの洗剤のような臭いも全くなくて甘さも控えめでおいしいです。
　とにかくゆっくり店内の漫画でも読みながら待つ時間のあるときにいってください。
