大分県臼杵市のラーメン店。
お昼時は多くのお客さんで賑わう人気店。
名物はとんかつラーメン。
さくっと揚がった衣のとんかつはスープに浸せば徐々に柔らかくなる。
適度に肉厚であっさりとした豚骨スープとの相性は悪くないがスープ単品で見ると物足りない。
ご飯と一緒に食べているお客さんは多く結構ガッツリ系。
卓上のニンニクでスープの味変を楽しみながら食べるのがいいかなぁ。
ボリューミはあるのでお腹いっぱい。ごちそうさまでした。
