あっさり豚骨ラーメンの幸悦さんの名物「とんかつラーメン」
愛知から帰省したら必ず食べに行きます。むしろ幸悦に行くために帰省します。
８年近く通っていますがとんかつが品切れの時以外、ほぼとんかつラーメンを頼みます。
さくさくのとんかつに豚骨スープを吸わせて食べると本当においしい！！
麺、ごはんどちらにも合いますが、個人的にはとんかつと一緒にご飯を書き込むのが至福。
サクサク触感で食べたい人はラーメンが来たらごはんの上にとんかつを避難させ、食べる直前に一切れづつスープに浸すのがオススメ！
麺はストレートのたまご麺（違ったらごめんなさい）で口当たりもよく箸が進みます。
替え玉はスープまで飲んでから注文するとスープも新しくなります。
自慢の豚骨スープは自家製のため食べる日によって味の濃さなどバラつきがありますが平均して美味です！
卓上調味料の醤油ニンニクをぶち込んで味変するのもおススメです。
とんかつラーメンはごはんがついてきてかなりボリューミーですので女性の方や麺をたくさん食べたい人は、ごはん無しやごはん半分で頼むといいと思います。
麺が無くなり次第終了なので早い時間に行くことをおススメします！
