講習会にて臼杵を訪問
いつも審判してトンボ帰りの連続でなかなか来れなかった臼杵市のラーメン屋さん
今回は3人引き連れて、しかもみんな違うメニューを
写真撮るぞー！と意気込んでたら
今回は名物とんかつラーメンを誰も頼まず（笑）

私は初チャレンジのみそ系を
ミソ辛にんにくなるものを。

【辛いのが苦手な人はちょぃ辛がいいよー】
40台くらいの店主が勧めるが敢えてみそ辛を選択。

でもね、このみそ辛
唐辛子の辛さは（いつもカップ麺の激辛で鍛えてるので）さほどないんだが
ミソの濃さ（塩辛さ）が抜群に強い

絶対分量間違えてるやろ？と思う辛さ
塩から系大好きな私でも×な部類。とてもスープ飲み干せない。
もちろん替え玉もなし｡
お冷やでスープ割ったらベースのスープはなかなかなのよね。

だから評価は普通の★3つ
分量間違えなかったら★4つはあげてたと思う。
再チャレンジ必死かな。
