一生に1度は泊まりたい、と思っていた湯布院御三家のうちの1つ、亀の井別荘。
コロナ禍で海外からの観光客が来ていないのでもしかしたら予約が取りやすいのでは、と思って調べたところ運良くお部屋を確保することができました。
もちろん諭吉さんが退去して家出してしまいましたが、後悔はありません。その名に恥じない、最高のおもてなしと料理、感動を味わうことができました。
お料理は地元の素材を丁寧に調理し、その出汁の効いた品の良い仕立ては、食材の良いところをそのまま味わうことができる資源の高いものでした。
素晴らしかったです。ごちそうさまでした！
