休日の夜に行きました。こちらは別府駅の近くの住宅街にあり少々分かりづらいと思います。事前に確認して行くことをおすすめします。
ここ四季亭はな村は別府では貴重な京風懐石が楽しめるお店です。
今日は家族と行きました。
車で店に行ったのですが、店に着けばお店の方が外に出てきて車を誘導、お出迎えをしてくれました。
広い玄関をくぐれば着物を飾っていたり、雛人形を飾っていたりとご飯を食べにというよりもどこかの旅館に来たといった感じです。第一印象は上質なおもてなしがあるいいお店です。別府にもこんなお店があるんだとしばしの感激でした。
完全個室で全９室。
私たちの通された部屋は純和室で掘りごたつのある部屋。
普段、中々触れることのできないこういった和の空間でお食事ができるとあり、自然と期待に胸が高鳴ります。
料理の方ですが、食材から食器などの細部までこだわりがあるようで見た目は上品で豪華。食べるのが本当に勿体ないくらいです。味は京風のためもちろん薄味。食材の味を楽しむにはいいですね。
目にも鮮やかな料理の数々がとても印象的です。
また料理の配膳のタイミングがよく、どの料理もゆっくり味わう事ができました。
接待や結納、親族の顔合わせなど大切な人と贅沢なひと時を過ごしたい方は特におススメです。
