別府温泉旅行の際、予約して訪問しました。
店内はリアルレトロだけど重厚感があります。
長いカウンターとテーブル席が4つほど。
メニューは壁にかけられているもののみ。
カンパチとシマアジの琉球は歯応えありでうまし。
ポテサラは王道の懐かしいスタイル。
タイフライなるもの、白身がふわふわです。
鶏の唐揚げは揚げてから切るタイプ。
衣に味がついてますが、余計なものが入っていないシンプルな味。
料理全てがシンプルかつストイックですね。
地酒もフルーティーでよかった。
〆は名物かも吸い。
ニラ、ごぼう、鴨がごろごろ。
とにかくスープの出汁がおいしいです。
お酒の〆に最高な濃いめの出汁です。
麺が入ったものも食べました。鍋の〆みたいです。
在席中も来客がひっきりなしで断っておられましたので、できるなら予約必須ですね。一人で呑んでる地元の方？も多かったです。
