土曜日の18時、予約なしで来店。
大人気店のため、早くきて正解でした。
なぜなら、私の後のお客さんは全員予約で満席で断られていたから。。
頼んだのは生ビールと、かんぱちの琉球(700円)、豚天(400円)、かも吸い(1,300円)
かんぱちの琉球はぷりぷりコリコリのカンパチにちょっと濃いめの醤油味醂と柚子胡椒の味付けで浅葱がたっぷり。お酒がすすみます。
豚天は丸々とした唐揚げで、まるで鶏の唐揚げのような脂身の詰まった豚肉。新鮮でした。
かも吸いは、麺ありも選べましたが、ハシゴしたかったので我慢して麺抜きで。鴨脂がたっぷり浮いていて、柚子が香り、体が温まる美味しい出汁でした。ご飯を入れて雑炊にしてもさぞ美味しいだろうと思います。
女将さんもニコニコで、とっても感じの良いお店でした。最高の時が過ごせるので、必ず予約をして伺いましょう。
