Founded in 1926, [Ganso Toriten] has inherited tradition and history and has fans outside the prefecture and even the country!
The founder, Shiro Miyamoto, who also served as a chef for Emperor Taisho, opened Toyoken as the first Restaurants in Oita Prefecture, Restaurants. The original Toriten, which is often featured on TV
...and in magazines, was born in Toyoken. Since then, the taste that has been passed down from generation to generation for three generations continues to be loved by people inside and outside the prefecture as it was at the time of its founding.
