場所は大分県別府市北浜。
大分では珍しい馬肉料理の専門店。
事前に予約してからの訪問。
店内は広くはないので予約が無難。
雰囲気はほっこりしていて家庭的。
馬刺は綺麗なサシ。新鮮で美味しい。量は少なめ。
レバーも少なめだけどぷりっとした食感が良い感じ。
馬肉のヒレステーキは驚くほど柔らかくとても美味しい。
馬肉のヒレカツも馬肉のあっさりとした旨味が感じられる。
馬ホルモンの煮込みは優しい出汁。気になるような臭みはなし。
次回はコース料理を堪能してみたいなぁ。
