地産名物！香母酢鮃！関鯵！

大分旅行、せっかくなので部屋食にしてもらい
雰囲気のいい温泉に浸かったあと、待ちにまった夕食！
風呂上がりのビールを一杯飲み干して前菜からいただきます。

地の食材をふんだんに使ったコースでした。
出てくる料理もお皿も綺麗で、配膳のお姉さんも
良いタイミングで次のお料理の提供をしてくれました！

中でもお造りは大分の名産香母酢を使って育てた
香母酢鮃の薄造りと、香母酢鰤 関鯵 鯛の盛り合わせの2皿でてきてお得感もありました笑
特に美味しいかったのは関鯵！そこらで食す鯵とは別物！
香母酢鮃の薄造りも柑橘系の香りのたったポン酢で頂くと最高の美味しさでした！
