いろいろ工夫された韓国料理店
最寄り駅はJR別府です。
徒歩15分ぐらいです。
大通りに面していまして、別府タワーのとなりにあります。
いただきましたのは
別府冷麺
この店は電子タブレットで注文するのですが
冷麺の場合、100，200，300ｇとご自身のお腹に合わせて
麺の量を選べます。たぶん、同じ値段です（確かめてませんｗ）
初めて食べたのですが、麺はびっくりするほど太く、コシの強いもの。
どんぐりの粉が入っているかどうかはわかりません。
それ以外は東京でも食べられるような内容でした。白菜キムチに
チャーシュー、卵という感じ。なしやりんごがはいっていたかどうか。
スープは意外と強めでした。飲み干すっていう感じではないです。
この店で感心しますのは、０円メニューです。
酢の物、スパゲティサラダ、みそ。葉物がただなのです。
この経営努力には頭が下がります。
牛肉は大分牛です。写真は失念しましたがおいしかったです。
また、ファミリー層の顧客がたのしめるように、遊戯施設を作って
います。ハイテクであり、ハイタッチなお店です。
さらに、駐車場完備です。一等地なのに大変です。

ほぼ、全室が個室風のレイアウト。空間も贅沢です。
電子タブレットで注文していきます。前回訪問時と違うのは、お運びロボットがいること。
簡単な食品はロボットが運んできます。
いただきましたのは、
黒毛和牛焼肉定食 2838円 税込み
超お得な新商品だそうです。上塩タン、和牛カルビ、和牛ロース、和牛赤身、和牛ホルモン
新鮮野菜の盛り合わせです。キムチ、ライススープもついてきます。
このお店はあらゆるターゲットに合わせた、商品開発をしていて、ぜいたくな商品です。
すべて、おいしかったです。タレ、レモン汁はすべてのテーブルにあります。
ごはんは食べ放題。おかわりはたぶん、お運びロボットがもってきます。
こんな店が東京にもあったらな〜と思います。
さらに、ゼロ円メニューも充実。サンチュ+みそは当然として、ダイコンの酢の物
白玉などがタダなのです。
もっと安く、簡単な食事も用意されています。誰もが気軽に訪問して楽しめると
思います。
珍しく、生っぽいレバーもあり、注文しておきました。
コロナ対策もバッチリです。
従業員の教育もすばらしく、私も日本全国、世界の焼き肉店にいっていますが
トップクラスのお店だと思います。どうか、つぶれないでほしいです。
