This is Ajiwai Kobo An Stores of Beppu Kamaboko Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1919.
We mainly manufacture and sell satsumaage (minced fish Tempura), and we are committed to making everything by hand.
...Our Tempura is not sweet like typical satsumaage, so it's perfect as a side dish for rice or as a snack with alcohol.
