Greengrocer uncle, the next morning is a relaxed Tuesday - drinking in the hot spring town of Beppu♪ I went with Shin-chan from [Maruta Sake Stand] @shinya._.maru and Soni-chan from [Beppu Sake Stand Tour] @_____.soni and drank together. We selected a restaurant recommended by the two of us, and came to [Isshin Issho] @ichigoichie_beppu First of all, we were thirsty so we toasted with draft beer♪ The two of us had already started with shochu on the rocks lol We had already ordered before we got to the restaurant so we didn't have to wait long and the freshly grilled yakitori arrived♪ First of all, we had the chicken breast, which is the most delicate skewer and so this is a test of the restaurant's skill, but it was not overcooked and was gently grilled and quite tasty♪ Then, do you know what soy sauce is on the side in a separate dish? It was my first time to try the style with wasabi ♪ I had high expectations as it was recommended ♪ The most delicious was the sauce yakitori ♪ [Isshin Issho]'s sauce yakitori is the best ♪ The moist "liver" and the crispy grilled "skin" are all delicious, so I gulped it down and drank "Nikaso" and in the second half, I had "Shochu on the rocks" and kept asking for more ♪ The customer service was pleasant and the atmosphere was great, so it's a really good restaurant ♪ There are still many delicious restaurants that I don't know about, so thank you to the two of you who attended ♪ The nature and food event [Babanba vinvinvin] will be held for the first time in four years on May 14th (Sun) @vinvinvin_oita I'm looking forward to it, I'll support you ♪
