昼飲み＆ひとり焼肉を堪能！
焼き肉凡は、焼きとり凡母屋の移転前の店舗に新たにオープンした焼肉店です。
最近ランチタイムの営業を始めたとのことで、昼飲み&ひとり焼肉を堪能してきました。
店内はカウンター席多めで、私のようなソロ焼肉ユーザーに優しい店舗設計！
限定品の極上タンステーキと五種盛り合わせ、花咲カルビ、ホルモン、上ミノを肴に、生ビールをグビグビ！
タンはとても柔らかくてジューシー！
希少部位の花咲カルビは歯応え抜群でビールに良く合う。
上ミノは脂多めのミノサンド（？）で、コリコリジューシーでこれもまたビールが進む。
締めにはやっぱり冷麺！
朝鮮冷麺のシコシコ麺に、別府冷麺の和風出汁が合わさったハイブリッドな冷麺で、とても美味しかったです。
お肉はどれも美味しく、お酒も種類豊富、そしてランチタイムにひとり焼肉しながら飲めるお店は徒歩圏内にあまり無いので、自分にとって大変有難いです。
これからも時々昼飲みに訪れようと思います。
コロナの影響か、ランチ営業があまり知られていないのか、お客さんは少なめでした。コロナに負けず、頑張って欲しいのと、お昼の営業も続けて欲しいです。
※感染対策はかなりしっかりとされていました。

I went to Yakiniku Bon for the first time in a while. Currently, it is not open during the day, so this time I visited at night. The great thing about Bon is that there are plenty of counter seats, so you can relax and enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and drinking alone. The seats are separated by partitions, so you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a relaxed manner without worrying about the person next to you. There was a mention on the menu that there was an all-you-can-drink option, so I asked the staff if it was possible for just one person to have an all-you-can-drink option, and she said yes, so I decided to try it this time. The system allows you to order from your smartphone (you can also order all-you-can-drink drinks from your smartphone).The number of menu items has increased significantly compared to the last time I came, and there are especially many types of chicken. Ordered beef skirt steak, horumon, mino, chicken liver, seseri, and bonjiri. Everything was delicious and the beer went really well. The chicken liver in particular was so delicious that I ordered it twice (lol) As expected from a restaurant affiliated with a yakitori restaurant, I think the deliciousness of the chicken is guaranteed. I think I want to go again!
