別府の名物、別府冷麺！
15分くらい並び入店できました。
スープはすっきり醤油ベースで辛くも酸っぱくもないです。
具材はキムチキャベツ、チャーシュー、卵。
麺には蕎麦粉が入っているそうで、コシがあってモチモチしていて美味しかったです！
旅先だとコッテリ系の料理が多くなりがちな中、さっぱり系の料理で元気が出ました。
