大分3日目は大分観光バスツアーで国東半島の史跡巡りに参加しました。
その時のお昼ご飯を紹介します。
山の中をぐるぐる回ってガイドさんが、お昼はこちらになりますと紹介されたのが、四方山に囲まれたなかにぽつんとある、榧の木さんです。
このお店だんご汁定食が名物でツアーに参加した人ほとんどが
だんご汁定食を注文してました。
だんご汁と言うのは、山梨県のほうとうに似ていて、小麦粉をこねたものをきしめんよりちょっと大きくしたものを野菜を入れお味噌で味をつけた食べ物です。
だんご汁を一口飲むとお味噌と野菜の出汁が効いていてとても美味しい。だんご汁のだんごと呼ばれるものはまさにほうとうそのものでも少し歯ごたえがありました。ご飯の量がめっちゃ少ないのを除けばかなり美味しい定食でした。
