On the way to Oguni, I stopped by Minds in Hinode, Oita for today's lunch. I arrived at 11:15 and was the first to arrive. They open at 11:30. There are only five parking spaces in front of the restaurant, so it's best to arrive early. You take your shoes off at the entrance and it's smaller than I thought. There are maybe six tables or so. I went for Omelette Rice set, 1980 yen including tax. It consisted of Omelette Rice, Hamburg in white wine sauce, onion soup, wobbly maiden heart pudding, and a drink. First up was the onion soup, with a strong flavor and delicious! It's like the soup you get on Awaji Island. Next came Omelette Rice and Hamburg steak. The omelet Omelette Rice was full of chunks of chicken breast and was very filling. The demi-glace sauce was delicious! And Hamburg steak apparently had onions in it, but I couldn't tell at all. It was soft and smooth. The white wine sauce had a light acidity and was delicious! The salad dressing was also grated and delicious. I was very satisfied. For dessert, the wobbly maiden heart pudding. It really wobbled and wobbled. Very smooth. The iced coffee was also fragrant and had a nice bitterness. It was luxurious and a little pricey for Omelette Rice set, but the quality was satisfactory. I'll come again. Thank you for the meal.
