中津に来たので宝来軒さんへ初訪問です。
時間がなかったので一番近い万田店へやってきました。
注文したのはおにぎりとチャーシュー麺です。
最初に来たのはおにぎりです。
写真を撮り忘れましたがお茶碗一杯分くらいのボリュームです。
そしてチャーシュー麺の登場。
あっさりした豚骨スープに少し柔らかめの麺がとてもあっています。
自分はこのくらいの柔らかさが好きですが、好みがわかれるかもしれませんね。
しかしスープをしっかりと吸っているので麺にもしっかりと味が染み込んでいてとても病みつきになる味でした。
今度は本店の方へリベンジしたいです。
