大分でFC展開しているラーメン屋さんです。
各店舗が独立経営だと思うのですが、メニューや味が違います。
年に一回しか大分に来ないので、店舗ごとの味比較が難しいですが、こちらのラーメンはどつちかというとあっさりに感じます。
スープを見ても、ほとんど油分がないですし。
醤油の強い豚骨スープです。
麺は細麺ストレート。
バリカタで注文しましたが、博多で頼む普通の硬さですね。
バリカタにちゃんとして欲しいです。
ラーメンとしては普通ですが、500円だと思うと納得。
これからも中津のソウルフードとして頑張って欲しいです。
