先週訪問したお店です。
中津のTOTO過ぎて、歩道橋の下を右斜めに曲がり走ってるとお店があります。
お昼12時、駐車場は半分くらい空いてました。
カウンターへ座り、カツ丼セットを注文。960円と、高めの設定。
運ばれてきたカツ丼は、玉子とじの色が黄色というより、オレンジ色で綺麗な色。とても美味しそうにみえます。
味付けはオーソドックスな味付けですが美味しい。しかし、カツとの相性がいまいち。おそらく揚げたてではないとは思うけど、玉子とじも出汁もカツに染みてない。食材と馴染んでない。
