中津に２泊。鱧が有名、鶏のから揚げが有名。一通り食べたら、洋食のお味が恋しいｗ養殖は
でも街中でほとんど見なかったのです。駅前大通り（えきからまっすぐ）に面したお店、居酒屋と思ってよく見たら食事出来そう。１８時～とか看板にありましたが、ドア越しに覗きこんだら、１０分ほど前でしたがどうぞと店内へ通されました。中はちょっと、レンガや南欧風のインテリア。
シェフが一人で調理、フロアに女性が２人。黒板にある本日お勧め、とあったウフムーレットというメニュー、パンつきなのが判らず、パンも注文したら、ついてますよ、ムーレット（ドミグラスソース様）につけて食べてくださいといわれました。
