中津まで来たら唐揚げをいただいておかないと
いかんよね。本来はご飯のおかずとして買って
帰るのがメインだと思うが、旅行者はこのあと
別に夕飯が控えるので、お試しでテイクアウト。
骨なしミックスと砂ずりを各100gお願いする。
味付けはにんにく醤油らしいが、にんにく感は
それほどにも感じない。おそらく...にんにくは
普段から食べ過ぎているからだろう。醤油感は
ちょうど良い。濃すぎることはないごしっかり
味付けなので、これはビールが...進むのだが、
夕飯を見越して目の前にしながら我慢。いまは
麦茶で我慢する。
砂ずりも歯応えがあり、また味付けも唐揚げと
同じく適度に濃い味付けで、ご飯かビールが
欲しくなるが我慢だ。ただ、美味しいのだけど
唐揚げに比べると後を引く感じはない。やはり
唐揚げの誘惑が最も魅惑だった。
