渋谷のヒカリエ地下の東横のれん街で見かけた九州煮物料理の店。
角煮に惹かれて見ていると、隣りにあった牛すじが凄く美味しそう…。
ということで、牛すじ卵とじ丼を買ってみたら、牛すじがトロットロで美味しい。
卵とじとの相性もよく、あっという間に完食。
鶏めしならず牛飯のおにぎりも美味しかった。
次回は牛すじ弁当にもチャレンジしてみよう。
