開店の15分前に到着。寒さのあまり声をかけると、快く受け入れてくださった。
軽快かつ気の利いた接待で、心も温まる。料理の腕も確かで、一つ一つの仕事が丁寧だ。頼んだもの全てが美味い。素材にも拘っているのがよく分かる。お酒は耶馬美人をいただく。やはり美味い。心も体も温まって、夜は更けていった。
