On this day, I went shopping at Tosu Premium Outlets in Saga with my younger brother who was about to graduate from high school! ...It was supposed to be, but the number of coronavirus cases increased rapidly early in the new year, so we gave up. When I asked if there were any places in the prefecture that they wanted to go to, they said they didn't have any in particular, so we decided to go on our own. Since I was in the mood for a long trip, I decided to go to Yabakei, a place within the prefecture that I could spend some time on. This is my second time. I visited Zenkai Chaya. I've been curious about it ever since I saw it in a magazine, and now I finally found the right time. Originally, I was looking for Japanese Sweets, but the menu outside the store also includes other meals such as soba noodles. Since it was lunch time, I went in and took a look at the menu. I ordered shrimp tempura soba (960 yen). It was completed in about 10 minutes. Contains two large shrimp tempura. Well then, let's have it. Soba noodles have a distinct soba flavor. Also, the noodles are short, making them easy to eat. The shrimp tempura is also plump. Best of all, the soup is very gentle and delicious. After enjoying soba for a while, it's time for dessert. I ordered matcha tea dango. What was brought to me was two tea dumplings, sweet bean paste, and a large bowl of matcha. First, let's start with the tea dumplings. I like that the sweet bean paste is not too sweet, which brings out the flavor of the matcha. It's been a while since I drank matcha. It has a nice bitter taste. You will want to drink it regularly. The merchandise corner next door sells alcoholic beverages, tableware, and Japanese ingredients, and you can also takeaway tea dumplings. You could call it a Japanese theme park.
