今回注文したのは濃厚味噌ラーメン。
通常でも味噌の濃さはしっかりしてるけれど濃厚だと更に濃さが増す。
大分では濃厚の部類にあたる味噌ラーメンで味噌の味がじんわり深い。
チャーシューは大きめで食べ応えあり。
他のトッピングもそつなしで炒めた野菜がスープとも良く合って美味しい。
大分で濃厚な味噌ラーメンを食べたい時はこちらのお店で間違いなし。
