As you walk through the arcade from Nakatsu Station, you'll be greeted by a flashy sign that looks like a yakiniku restaurant. There are private rooms inside the store, so you can use them with peace of mind. They prepared sashimi as a course for you to enjoy. I enjoyed sashimito at Ichibanboshi, a yakiniku restaurant in Nakatsu City. If you keep quiet, you'll think it's just normal meat. Sashimi-style meat and grilled meat are all called ``sashimito.'' The liver sashimi, the yukhoe, the Japanese beef fat...all of them were processed in a manner approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, so they were delicious raw.
