塚原温泉を後にし湯布院の街中
はスルーしワインディング堪能
日田市で日田焼きそばランチ！
先客２名のみでしたが、その後
沢山の地元客が入店してきたよ
こりゃヤバイ先に注文とばかり
に汁かけやきそばを注文です！
まずは、かけ汁と紅生姜からの
メーンの熱々鉄板やきそばです
まずはそのまま美味しく楽しむ
具の豚肉も想定に多くラッキー
美味しいソースで炒めた豚肉に
キャベツともやしは鉄板ですね
食べ進めて途中から器に少量の
麺を移す、そこへ汁を加える。
この汁は鶏ガラのようだが味は
付いていないタイプの物でした
麺は思う程やわらかくならない
だが、やきそばソースとこの汁
との相性が抜群に良く美味しい
汁に焼けた麺とソースの旨味ね
ご馳走様でした。
