豊後牛、九重夢ポーク、おおいた冠地どり...大分のブランド肉が頂けます。
鶏が続いたのでお高めですが豊後牛に。
ステーキ釜めしも気になりましたが、想像できるシンプルな丼にしました。
脂身控えめの肉々しい牛肉、甘辛な醤油タレでご飯が進みます。
ただ後半は甘さが少し気になったので、豊後牛を活かすならさっぱり味付けがいいかも。
せめて味変用の薬味があれば...
