3大回転寿司(スシロー/くら/はま)でサビあり寿司が流れなくなって久しいです。
ネタをめくって袋入りのワサビを挟む or ネタの上に載せる手間がとーても煩わしい。
刺し身じゃないんだしねぇ。ネタやシャリとワサビとの一体感も無くなって、味も落ちるし。
その点、おんまく寿司は未だサビありの寿司が注文できる、低価格回転寿司です。
貝類や光り物なんかも、たくさんメニューにあります。季節にもよるけど、コハダなんかが頼めたときには感激してしまいました。
回転レーンの中に厨房がある店構えなので、職人さんのピリピリ感が若干伝わってくるのもまた良しです。タッチパネルがめんどくさくなったら、直接職人さんに注文できるしね。
