13:50訪問。待ちなし。
お孫さん？もおられて伝統も継承されていくのかと一安心。このフォルム、鶏出汁満載のスープ、やや硬め？の麺。いつもは11時台に訪問してるからか、少し濃いめに感じたがこれも絶品。
土日祝夜休みなので難易度高いが是非行ってほしい店である。
