岡山駅の東側、城下より南に位置するアーケード街近くに店を構えるラーメンと洋食のお店。
洋食屋っぽいオシャレな外観に行列ができることも多いようで、岡山ラーメンとデミかつ丼の2大名物を楽しめます。
カウンター席とテーブル席がそれぞれ適度にあって、賑わいを見せる店内。
●岡山中華そば 大（税込960円）
軽く白濁させた豚骨ダシをベースにした醤油ラーメンとなる岡山中華そば。
ここの中華そばは煮干しの渋み、カツオの香ばしさ、鶏ガラによる旨みあたりも使用しているような気がして、
表面を覆うラードの甘さもしっかり出ていて飲むたびに美味しいスープは最後まで飲み干せるほどクセになります。
豚骨のまろやかさも出て、芯を保持しつつも柔らかい中細麺を美味しくスルスル食べ進めていけます。
デミカツ丼を頼むお客さんも多い様子で、次はデミカツ丼を食べたいです。
