愛媛での諸用を終え、岡山へ渡る。
週末掛かりなのでゆっくり帰ろ。
岡山と言えば鰆！駅裏のこちらで
名物「わらどん」を楽しむ。
特製たれに漬けられた鰆に
大葉・生姜・みょうがが添えられた丼。
鰆の旨味にタレの塩梅よく、うみゃい。
願わくば漬けていない鰆が少し添えられとると
変化・違いがわかって楽しいのにと思うたな。
セットの小鉢、味噌汁もきちんと仕事されており、
それぞれ味わいよく好印象。
途中、女性客がテイクアウト注文しとった「ちらし」を
目の前で作っておられ、その手際、彩りの良さから、
ワシも追加でお願いする。後で宿で頂いたが、
こちらも美味でした。
市内の超有名店の主の修行元であったとも
後から知り、どこか納得。庶民派価格も好印象w
いつか夜来たいのお。
無茶苦茶ぎこちない素人感満載のお兄ちゃんの
サービスがチト瑕瑾で印象落とす。
早よ慣れて戦力になりやあ・・
