普通の街中華だと思って行きました。これ全くの勘違い。店舗から音楽まで全て中国風です。料理人はもちろん中国語、お客さんにも中国語を喋ってる方がいました。
道路の看板には本場中国 四川料理とあったので定食の中から麻婆豆腐を選びました。これ明らかに日本の麻婆豆腐とは違います。辛さは辛口で、味はいわゆる大陸の本格派。フロア担当の方に尋ねたら、辛さは抑えてるけど豆板醤が違うからね と言ってました。
コース料理から定食まで幅広く手掛ける大きなお店でした。高級と言うよりも庶民的な印象です。
