土曜日の開店時間に店内で頂きました。ケーキはどれも綺麗な仕上がりで迷いますが3つセレクト。
中でも目を引いたシャンプノワーズは初めてたべたのですが、ガナッシュでロールされクリームとフルーツの華やかな香りが良く幸福感があります。
ミルフィーユは注文後にクリームをサンドするためパイは常温でザグザグ、黄色味の濃いもっちりとしたクリーム、こちらは普通。
ザッハトルテは結晶化されたチョコレートのコーティングが魅力的で、ぎっしり硬めの生地もこれぞ王道といった印象で美味しかったです。各700円程。有名店なので絶えずお客さんが来ていました。
