もう何度訪問しているかわからないくらいに
なった岡山のイタリアン、『カラパン』。
何年も前に訪れた時からかなりの進化をして
スタイルも変わっています。
料理の内容とか、味付けとか色々な所がありますが、
代表的な所でいくと、アラカルトからコースのみに。
どうやらコースのみの方が魅力を伝えきれるから
だとか。
私はアラカルトが好きでしたが、魅力を伝える
という意味ではコースの方がいいのかもしれない
と思います。
さて、今回のコース内容は…
◆前菜、小料理
・水茄子、吉田牧場モッツァレラ、カプリ風サラダ
・イワシ、ぺぺロナータ、ナスタチウム
・スズキの炭火焼き、フェンネルのソース
・豚のこめかみ肉、ケバブ、レンズ豆
・カブ、ヨーグルト、ジュンサイ
◆パスタ
・スパゲッティ、ハモ、パクチー、自家製カラスミ
◆主菜
・鴨肉のコンフィー
◆デザート
・ライムのセミフレッドとパイナップルのソルベ
こちらをいただきました。
ずっとこちらのお店ではアラカルトでお願いして
いたので自分の好みのものだけを食べていました。
なんですが、今回コース料理のみになったことで
私も自分だと頼まないものも食べることができたし
新しい経験ができました。
特に印象に残っているのは、
「スズキの炭火焼き、フェンネルのソース」です。
私が自ら頼むことはないかなあと思いますし、
メニュー名から想像していた概念をいい意味で
外されました。
ワインは料理に合うように選んでくれました。
満足のいく内容でした。
