ミシュランプレート2021に選ばれた蕎麦屋さん。12時半過ぎに行ったときはスッと入れました。帰る時には並んでたけど...
おかめそば
玉子焼きが入ってる変わり種。あと、筍と椎茸を煮たものと海苔の天ぷら、かまぼこ、ミツバが入っててバランスは良かったです。玉子焼きは特別出汁が効いてると言われたら正直分からないが感想。優しい味。海苔の天ぷらは蕎麦のお汁吸ってめっちゃ美味しかった！
びっくりしたのは、提供スピード。注文から5分以内には出てきたかな。あと、有料駐車場使用した方には、2,000円未満のご食事で100円、2,000以上で200円の補助を出してくれるのも優しいですね。
