岡山県で人気のラーメン屋さん とりそば太田さんへ♪♪♪
今回は醤油ベースのとりそば全部のせを注文しました
鶏の旨味を最大限に引き出されたスープはすっきりとしていながらも味わい深く美味しいですね！
麺は細いストレート麺を使用しておりスープとのバランスも良いです！
個人的な意見ですが麺がもう少し硬めだと嬉しいかなと…
分厚い鶏チャーシューは醤油ベースで炊き込まれていて柔らかく美味しかったですよ☺️
次は塩ラーメンも食べてみたいです♪
