やっぱり満席でウェイティング。

30分ほどで呼ばれてお店に再訪。
岡山の名物というかきおことホルモンうどんを注文
かきおこ
大ぶりの生牡蠣が入ってるお好み焼き
結構な大きさの牡蠣が鉄板で焼かれてます。
焼き方はいわゆる関西風のタイプ。
ふっくらと焼かれたお好み焼きは美味しかったです
牡蠣もジューシーでいい感じ。
広島に近いから牡蠣も美味しい
ホルモンうどん
これも岡山名物との事で注文します。
ホルモンはまるちょうの様ですね。
めちゃくちゃデカくて、真っ白で新鮮なのが見ただけでわかる奴です。
まるちょうは牛の小腸で割かずに丸ごと筒切りする部位で、プリプリな食感でジューシーな脂が特徴。
美味いまるちょうに和風の味付けの焼きうどんが、めちゃくちゃ美味い
最初値段はちょいたかいかな？と思ったけどこの
食材とボリュームなら納得と言うかコスパ高い
