米子から岡山へとJR特急やくもで列島を横断するひとり旅
2時間ちょっとの移動ではありますが、車窓からは紅葉で赤く染まった山肌を眺めることができ癒される時間であります


仕事を終え向かったのは『士林夜市』という台湾料理のお店
宿泊するホテルからそれほど離れていない大雲寺交差点にありまして、ちょうちんの灯りがとっても目立っているためにずっと気になっていたお店なのであります
あまりにも渋い店構えに扉を開けることを躊躇しながらも思い切ってお店に入って見ますと…
厨房を囲むL字型のカウンター席をメインに、窓側にあるカウンター席があるだけの小さなお店でありまして10人ちょっとでいっぱいになってしまいます


そんなお店で最初にいただいたのは「空芯菜の炒め物」
ニンニクの風味が食欲をそそりますし、ほどよい塩味とシャキッとした食感を残した炒め物であることから、このあといただくお料理も間違いないものであろうと確信した一品であります


そして冬季限定で提供される「カキの豆豉炒め」
