岡山駅前のホテルに車をとめて 某観光雑誌 るる○ に乗っていた 桃の花さんへ。
電話予約していったものの ３０分遅れるという大失態w
カウンターに着席し、麦酒で乾杯。
突き出しをまずいただきます。 野菜のおひたしを 辛味噌で～ お酒のアテに最高～
サービス品の 岡山名物？ ままかり をいただきます。
さて、ままかり とは？ 岡山の郷土料理で ニシンの類の魚のようです。 甘めのタレにつけて 日本酒と合いそうなお味。
お肉料理もありますが、お魚ばっかりで攻めてみます。
タイ刺し身・・・瀬戸内といえば タイですか！！ 刺し身醤油も甘めで 脂のった魚といい関係～
穴子と黄ニラの玉子・・・ごはんにかけて食べたい一品。
最後はわさび茶漬けで〆～
岡山の地酒 喜平 とご一緒に楽しめます♪ 女性の飲めそうな軽いお酒はないのでそのへんは少し辛いかも・・・
