フルコースランチを予約して伺いました。
優しい野菜のスープからスタート。
可愛いカラフルトマトのテリーヌ…甘くて爽やか。
魚介のパナッシェ…真鯛と海老の身がプリッと優しい味に、海藻のソースがピッタリ♡
メインのお肉は、三種からチョイス。国産牛と黒毛和牛のフィレを食べ比べ。そんなに変わらないと思っていたのですが…全然違います！黒毛和牛の方が、やっぱり柔らかくお肉の旨み・甘みが感じられました。
デザートまでバランス良く、とても美味しくいただけました。
サービスも丁寧で、良い時間を過ごせました。
