岡山市北区表町にある、
広東料理 海華楼（かんとんりょうり かいかろう）です。
瓦茶そば 孝蔵 岡山店へ行ったのですが、
「未だオープンしていない。」と言われて、
第二候補を考えていなかったので、
いきなりランチ難民になってしまいました。
駐車料金を払っているし、オランダ通りに行けば、
人気のカフェや、レストランが、たくさんあるので、
何とかなるだろうと、お店数店に行きましたが、
満席で断られたりしながら、辿り着いたのは、
以前から、何度もランチの候補に挙がって、気になっていた、
創業1964年の、広東料理 海華楼です。
お店は、L字にフロアががあり、
和室の個室もあります。
この日は、平日ではなかったので、
少し割高な単品メニューしかありませんでした。
海華楼は、平日の日替わりランチが、
小鉢が4品と、スープ、ライス付きで、
ライスは、1回のみ、おかわりできて、900円なので、
平日がお得です。
ライス、麺類の大盛りは、+200円です。
全て税別です。
テイクアウトのお弁当もあります。
テーブルには、醤油、酢、辛子、塩、
爪楊枝が置いてあります。
壁には、岡山市出身のミュージシャンの、
ザ・クロマニヨンズの甲本ヒロトさんのサイン色紙が飾られています。
弟は、俳優の甲本雅裕さんです。
三鮮飯 貝・エビ・イカ入り海鮮丼1100円
海老、烏賊、帆立が、たっぷりと入った、
八宝菜を、ご飯にのっけ丼です。
中華料理店に行くと、必ずと言っていいほど、
酢豚と、八宝菜を選びます。
強い火力で、短時間に火を通した野菜は、
シャキシャキと歯応えが良く、
海老も、烏賊も、帆立も、プリプリと弾力があって、
とっても美味しいです。
こういう美味しいはっぽうさいを家で作りたいですが、
家では、この炒め方、火の通し方が、できないですよね～。
古老肉 酢豚 1200円
ライス小 200円
色鮮やかなプレートで、食欲をそそります。
ピーマン、玉ねぎが、シャキシャキで、甘みがあって、
豚肉は、やわらかくて、片栗粉をまぶしているので、
つるん！とした食感が良くて、
甘い黒酢の味が、とても美味しいです。
次回は、お得な、
平日の日替わりランチをいただいてみたいです。
