豚骨をベースとして、数種類の野菜なども使用された醤油スープ!!!コクがあるがあっさりとした口当たり。
麺は細麺のストレート!!!茹であがりは普通です!!
チャーシューは脂身のある豚バラ。
昔ながらの中華そばです！優しい味わいという印象。
デミカツ丼は味がしっかりと!!!ご飯はかなり柔らかめでした。岡山ながらという感じで良かったです。
中華そばもスープは変わらずで、たくさんのトッピングの選択肢があるので、メニュー選びだけでも楽しめると思います！！！
