*For reservations for 5 or more people, we recommend the tatami room ♪ We have started selling frozen Fried Skewers from the end of September 2022. 10, 15, and 20 pieces of [Frozen Kushiage that you can fry yourself] where you can enjoy freshly fried Gongo, and [Frozen Fried Skewers that you flash-freeze freshly fried Fried Skewers and bake in a toaster] that recreates the taste of Gongo. 岡山県岡山市、JR岡山駅からほど近い、くしあげ飯房ごんごさんに御邪魔しました。
人数がいるため予約していきましたが、前半は満席で後半の21時以降に御邪魔しました。
ビルに2階にあります。
こじんまりとして奥に座敷がありますが盛況でございました。
カウンターも雰囲気があります。
もう完全にCOVID19を消し去ったような勢いがあります。
串揚げのバリエーションが多いので、大将がお好みで作ってくれたり
すでにお好みセットみたいなものがあるので、迷うことなくスムーズに食事が出来ます。
最初に串揚げ用の塩、酢醤油、ソースが出てきます。
野菜スティック盛りがコップの中に立つ形で登場。
ごぼう、ふきのとう、たらのめ、串揚げは、シイタケ、げそ、とり、うずら、サーモン、アスパラと平均以上の味。
カウンターの雰囲気もあり活気もありますが、
大将自身は職人気質のような感じでたんたんとお仕事をされる方でした。
こじんまりとしてますが明るい店内です。
サラダもドレッシングが店オリジナルの美味しさで、全体的に仕入れの良さを感じました。
店内の雰囲気も良いですし、1次会からでも良さそうですね。
わたしたちは3次会みたいなもので全員が気持ちよく出来上がっておりましたので、
酒もほどほどにしておりました。
