TUTAYA岡南店に来ると…あ・脚が…勝手にうどん屋の方に…(笑)
そんな引力により入店したのは「源久」さん。
そう言えば、元店主さんが膵臓癌でお亡くなりになって訪問するのは初かも知れない。
現在は、麺の打ち方を教わった別の方がされてるようですよ。
汗ばむ時間帯のお昼過ぎて14時頃、でも店内の半分くらいは埋まってましたね！
注文したのは「ざるうどん」
打ち方を伝承された、ちぢれねじれ麺。もちもちグミグミした美味しいうどんですよ！
迎えうつは天然出汁つゆ！
伊吹島のｲﾘｺ、利尻産の昆布が香りとｺｸを出しており、ざるうどん用に甘く濃く仕上げられています。
想像してみてください。この出汁が絡んだ、最高ちぢれ麺を喉ごし良くズルズルーっと食べる醍醐味を！
たまらんのんです！
味は残ってますよ！
