釜揚げうどんとナスの天ぷらです。
こちらのお店の特徴は、なんといっても、そのうどん麺にあります。
少し捻れているんですよね。
そのため、出汁とかツユに、うどん麺がよく絡んで美味しいんですよ〜。
釜揚げうどんは、その作り方上、冷水で締めないので、茹で上がったばかりのうどん麺の美味しさをダイレクトに感じますね。
天ぷらは、揚げ置きですから、ちょっとしんなりしていましたけど、うどん麺は、相変わらず、美味しかったですよ。
