記憶の中の出汁の香りに誘われて、
久々に源久さんへ。
お好みの量のうどん皿を選び、自分で湯がいて、自分で出汁を注ぐ、
これぞセルフ店。
好きか嫌いか、もちろん好きです。
選んだうどんは、
かけうどん大 500円
天ぷら、梅おにぎり、生卵もお盆にのせて合計950円でした。
物価が高くなっても、しっかり食べたくても、千円以内には抑えたいところ。
麺をすすると、出汁の香りも吸い込んで、
は〜、これが出汁の香りなんだなー
と、何とも言いがたい高揚感に満足感。
麺は程よい噛みごたえにモッチリ感で、
噛みしめる度に小麦の旨味や出汁の味を感じられて、
大でもあっという間に食べ終わってしまいます。
天ぷらは温めたかったけど、レンジはどこかにあったのかな？
次回訪問時に確認します。
