カジュアルな入口で外からも店内の混み具合が伺えます
旅の疲れもあり、ゆっくりと寛ぎたいので人目につかないテーブル席をリクエスト
注文は、吾妻名物と謳っていた岡山地物入りの握り盛り合わせ12貫を頼みました
鰆、ままかり、黄にら、地たこが地物だそうです
しゃりは一口サイズで食べやすい大きさ
特に鰆の昆布締めはねっとりとした味わいが旨い
ままかりの締め具合も酸っぱさはマイルド
うにはむらさきうにで淡泊な甘み
ほかのネタもうまみを活かした、本格的な鮨を握っています
駅ビルのすし店としては高いクオリティーを感じました
